BIRTH OF TOGG

The first domestic car idea in Turkey was put forward in 2011. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the
prime minister at the time, put forward this idea at the TUSIAD meeting held in the same year. Turkey
took new steps to create its own brand in automobiles. In 2017, 5 companies came together. In 2018,

A.G, BMC, TURKCELL, Zorlu Holding and TOBB came together and TOGG was established. The
company, which started its activities in Istanbul, moved to Kocaeli Gebze in the last quarter of 2019. The
design was completed in 2019 and the factory was established in Gemlik district of Bursa for production.

The models of the domestic car were introduced on 27 December 2019. TOGG, whose factory was
completed last year, was manufacturing the production line with the colour "Anatolian red" on
