AUSTIN RICHTER CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER Austin Richter is the Chief Investment Officer of Zephyr. Prior to joining Zephyr, Mr.
Richter spent 11 years with Westbrook Partners, a global real estate investment
management firm and was responsible for residential investment activities within the
western United States.
Before Westbrook, Austin worked for LandCap Partners, a real estate investment firm
formed by a partnership between Goldman Sachs and Northstar Realty Finance. Prior
to LandCap Partners, Austin was a Credit Manager at Financial Federal Credit Inc., a
$2 billion NYSE-listed company specializing in providing capital to mid-market
construction companies.
Austin received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his
Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
