The experienced sponsorship Gelt is a Los Angeles-based real estate investment company specializing in the
acquisition, asset management, and repositioning of multifamily properties
team behind Watermark is throughout the Western U.S. Gelt has acquired a total of 10,785 apartment units
formed by a joint venture since its start in 2008, and currently owns a portfolio of 7,404 units as well as
approximately 200,000 square feet of commercial space. The company’s business
partnership between Gelt model is traditionally focused on value-add opportunities though it has become
increasingly active in ground-up development as of late. Through these strategic
and Uhon. investments, Gelt prides itself on offering residents a high quality of life while
achieving significant cash-on-cash returns and long-term equity preservation and
enhancement for investors.
