                                                                                      OVERVIEW





                                                                                      Dubbed Watermark, the mixed-use project features 250 apartments

                                                                                      above  approximately  6,600  square  feet  of  community-serving  retail
                                                                                      space in Reseda, California. The property occupies a prominent 2.4-acre
                                                                                      site fronting Reseda Boulevard, the main arterial thoroughfare leading

                                                                                      through the San Fernando Valley core. Designed by the Albert Group

                                                                                      Architects, the contemporary podium-type building combines six floors
                                                                                      in the front building with five stories of townhome units in the back
                                                                                      building. Its diverse mix of studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units

                                                                                      range in size from 419 to 1,386 square feet. Expected to deliver in Fall

                                                                                      2020, the project will begin pre-leasing three months prior to completion
                                                                                      and  certificate  of  occupancy,  with  full  stabilization  estimated  to  occur
                                                                                      nine months following delivery.
