◦ The science that considers human and their reaction to
familiar, strange , environment, human engineering,
human performance and ergonomic
◦ According to a definition shared by the World Health
Organization, human factors “refer to environmental,
organizational and job factors, and human and individual
characteristics which influence behavior at work in a way
which can affect health and safety
◦ Adapting human fit, a given environment is almost
impossible, so method for adapting the environment to
suit the human must be devised.
