Ms. Lydia Holiat joined Haverford in 2011 and has more than 18 years of experience in the finance industry. As a Portfolio Manager, Lydia develops client and advisor relationships and manages investment portfolios. Lydia earned her M.B.A. from Villanova University, her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University, and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. She currently sits on the board for The Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and serves as Treasurer for Philadelphia Hospitality, Inc.
ERIN A. O’MALLEY TYSKO, M.D.
Cardiologist Main Line Health
Dr. Tysko is a noninvasive cardiologist at Lankenau Heart Group at Main Line Health with over 15 years of experience. She treats a variety of cardiac conditions including coronary disease, peripheral vascular disease, arrhythmia, lipid abnormalities and valvular heart disease. She has advanced training in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology with board certification in both of these subspecialties and advanced training in vascular ultrasound.
Dr. Tysko completed medical school at Hahnemann University School of Medicine and her internship, residency and fellowship at Hahnemann University. She is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography and the American College of Cardiology, and she lives in Blue Bell with her husband and two Labrador Retrievers.

Ms. Halie O’Shea joined Haverford in 2017 and has been an equity analyst for more than 15 years. As Director of Research, Halie leads the daily operations of the firm’s Research Team, responsible for providing the fundamental, quantitative, and qualitative research used in constructing equity portfolios. She also creates and analyzes client-specific research and works with the firm’s portfolio managers to develop customized investment solutions. Halie is also a voting member of the Investment Selection Committee. She earned her M.B.A. from New York University and her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
MARISA C. WEISS, M.D.

Marisa Weiss, M.D. is the founder and chief medical officer of Breastcancer.org. A breast oncologist with more than 30 years
of active practice in the Philadelphia region, Dr. Weiss currently practices at Lankenau Medical Center, part of Main Line Health in the Philadelphia area, where she serves as Director of Breast Radiation Oncology and Director of Breast Health Outreach.
After attending the University of Pennsylvania for her undergraduate studies, medical school, residency, and laboratory research fellowship, Dr. Weiss became an assistant professor in Penn’s Department of Radiation Oncology. In 1992, she established her clinical
practice in the Main Line Health system.
