t’s no surprise that 2020 has encouraged us to Embrace
Change. As soon as we found out about the change
in age for tobacco purchases, James began to inform customers, so they wouldn’t be surprised when the new rule went into effect. This was above and beyond what was expected of James. To avoid any future issues or confusion, he put forth the effort to educate customers ahead of time. James is very dependable and went out of his way to educate customers politely and with a positive spirit. This was greatly appreciated and a true reflection of what it means to Embrace Change.
