cannot think of one of our Six Core Values that Tim
O’Hara should not be recognized for; however, I will land on Embrace Change because since the beginning of this new normal, Tim has been there for each of his team members up and down the chain. He is present, in the moment and is our cheerleader. He is working day and night to ensure the safety of each of his team members and all of our Associates. He is always there for us and is even willing to work our stores to give us a day off ! From helping to set-up donations, being available 24-hours a day while dealing with the stress of COVID, and being
in five places at once, Tim is the epitome of a Servant Leader. I am honored to work with him and thank him for his commitment to Embrace Change.
