lly is normally our second shift beverage host; however,
she’s been working in beverage during first shift on Sundays. Ally has really stepped up to the plate and has been holding her own in beverage. She takes pride in her work and strives for excellence. She makes sure the area is fully-stocked and filled before she leaves for the day. Today I asked her to face the bakery case and she had the perfect response, “I don’t know how to do that, but I would love to learn.” This is the exact statement that every manager wants to hear! Not only is she Embracing Change with availability, but with learning new tasks, too. She is very communicative with her work as well, which we love in management. Thank you for all your hard work and hustle in the beverage area to ensure that the coffee is piping hot and always full for our customers. I appreciate your dedication and look forward to watching you spread your wings and learn other areas of the store!
