akesh is a member of our prestigious Cleaning Force as well
as a valued member of the Fuel Team. He came to us a few short months ago and has quickly worked his way to become a valued and loved member of our team. Rakesh is a very proactive Associate, eager to work on new projects and work diligently to complete those given to him by management. He’s quick to adapt to business needs and willing to help whenever and wherever
we need him. One of the key things I’d love to highlight above Rakesh’s exemplary service is how instrumental he’s been at deterring theft. His strong work ethic and attention to detail have led to several thwarted thefts of high value Red Bull within the store. Not only did he help make us aware of the issue, he did so subtly without confronting the shoplifter, adhering to all our Company guidelines when preventing these thefts. This is among other accomplishments he’s achieved with us at Store 8317. He’s also responsible for us being one of the cleanest stores in the area – as complimented by our Area Manager – and having worked
at several other locations, I can assure you that his hard work
and dedication to Do Things Right cannot be understated as the store is immaculate. Rakesh is a treasure to have at our store and deserves recognition for his efforts.
