ori recently interviewed for Night Supervisor
and was put in a “ready soon” category. She was disappointed but knew that if she worked hard and listened to the feedback given, she would progress to Night Supervisor by the end of the year. She has since worked hard at her interviewing skills and coaching of other Associates. Tori took time to meet with our Area Manager to get pointers on how to interview and practice her
public speaking. With all this preparation she was doing,
it made her a better leader at the store. Tori has assisted our new Associates with training, started developing weekly coaching topics for the fuel court and helped all Associates feel comfortable with the Gold Standard forms. She decided to work on herself and develop her skills further. Tori was just promoted to Night Supervisor and
is now heading to Store 973! I wanted Tori to know that her passion to improve herself really reflected on her work and helped the team at 8310 become stronger. She truly defines what it means to have a Passion for Winning.
