ur store is one of the busiest stores in the company,
so that, coupled with the challenges we face with staffing, makes success hard to achieve and even harder to maintain. However, Allison never misses a beat, and has helped keep our store #1 in our area month after month. She makes her standards and expectations clear to managers and Associates, and most importantly, leads by example. She inspires us to push ourselves, and never settle for less than the best. Allison understands that the processes and tools that Wawa has in place are imperative to our success, and her decisions always boil down to our Values and our company policies. Allison empowers her management team by sharing her thought processes, taking time to coach us and providing us with the tools we need to run the business in a way that encourages the growth we’ve been seeing at our store. Allison’s Passion for Winning is contagious and has helped to foster strong communication and teamwork within our management team and our Associates.
