The company is also in the process of reviewing and further upgrading office lightings to an LED version for overall
energy savings equivalent to 1,141 kgCO and savings of $571 per month (see Figure 4). Signage is also recommended

near switches to remind staff to switch off the lights when they are not needed (see Figure 5).

Cooling and Ventilation

The air-conditioning system is maintained correctly with
frequent inspections. There are regular check-ups on
any refrigerant leakage. The refrigerant is not flammable
and complies with SCDF guidelines.

Transport Chest freezer (24hrs) Cooling tower (24hrs)

Delivery trucks (11 of them) are adequately maintained
with daily washing. The monthly fuel consumption for
each truck is about 700 litres of diesel. No oil leakage is
observed.
