•   Visit by Ms Zhang Hong, IOC Member
            Ms Zhang Hong, an International Olympic Committee
            (IOC) member and an Olympic gold medalist visited
            Singapore. During her visit, NYAA facilitated a meeting
            between Ms Zhang Hong and Mr Roddy Mu, an NYAA
            Gold Award holder (2002 Cohort).

            •   Visit by Swiss Delegation
            The visit of the Swiss Delegation from the International
            Swiss  Talent  Forum  to  Singapore,  including  their
            participation  in  the  National  Day  Celebration  at
            Ping Yi Secondary School and witnessing the festival
            and fireworks displays at Marina Bay, highlights the
            unique  cultural  experiences  Singapore  offers.  The
            delegation’s  impression  of  Singapore’s  advanced   Swiss Delegation at Ping Yi Secondary School.
            education  system,  culture,  and  community  events
            demonstrates the nation’s commitment to excellence
            and inclusivity.

            •   Visit by Minister Zulkifli Masagos to
                 Morocco
            Minister  for  Social  and  Family  Development,  Mr
            Masagos  Zulkifli  visited  Morocco.  He  met  senior
            officials  and  Islamic  scholars,  including  Dr  Mustafa
            Izzuddin, NYAA Gold Award holder (2002 Cohort) and
            Adviser  with  ICESCO,  to  strengthen  diplomatic  and

                            DIALOGUES/CONFERENCES/ FORUMS (INTERNATIONAL)

            •   St. Gallen Symposium 2022
            Minister  Grace  Fu  and  NYAA  representatives
            participated  in  the  St.  Gallen  Symposium,  where
            she delivered speeches, presented the Global Essay
            Competition  Prize  Presentation  Ceremony,  and
            engaged in intergenerational dialogue.

            •   Leadership Training Program in Oman               Minister Grace Fu at the st. Gallen Symposium.
            NYAA assisted Oman in the leadership development
            of its young people, with a focus on female leadership
            development. Dr Charles Phua, an NYAA Gold Award
            holder (2002 Cohort), conducted a successful training
            programme  in  Oman.  The  Deputy  Secretary  of  the
            Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Oman expressed interest
            in working with NYAA to develop youth leadership in

            •  ASEAN Youth Fellowship (AYF)
            NYAA  nominated  two  Gold  Award  holders,  Mr
            Tommy  Koh  and  Dr  Alvona  Loh,  for  the  ASEAN
            Youth  Fellows  Programme,  which  aims  to  grow
            and  connect  emerging  ASEAN  young  leaders.  The
            program provides leadership development, network-
            building, and exposure to regional opportunities. The
            nominated NYAA Gold Award holders participated in
            the AYF program in Singapore and Jakarta.                    ASEAN Young Leaders, 2022.
