and I am done. I am here, and I am not. You can’t ever be happy if you worry. But
I worry. I worry so hard that I stand solid on this Earth. I am afraid.
The pandemic has taught me to work through that stress and fear. I
would fall into a vortex, but the pandemic has lasted so long, that it is too
exhausting to worry. I can’t worry. Worrying is as if the actual thing you are
worrying about is happening, and you are making it worse. Not worrying is
living. But living is worry. It is a glass half full, glass half empty type of thing.
It is all in your head. Everything that we live is created by our minds, your life
is how you perceive it. So the world is good, or the world is bad. It is up to you,
but don’t worry, because it’s a waste of time. Yet, you can’t help it, because you
live.
But live happily, perceive good. BE HERE.
