Building Consensus & Support
A successful project starts and ends with consistent communication and collaboration. Building support
is an essential component of facilitating projects that are perceived to impact a community’s character
and livelihood. With extensive experience and a proven track record of moving projects onward and
upward, we pride ourselves on patient and perseverant approaches when facilitating capital
improvement projects. Building support of voters and community consensus is achieved through honest
communication, open civic engagement, realistic goal setting and developing responsive solutions that
address present day concerns. Through a series of properly executed stages ranging from establishment
of a strategic plan to public outreach presentations and development of 3‐D visuals and graphic support
services, we are confident in our abilities to take your project from concept to completion.
Public Presentation Experience
A well‐executed architectural presentation will provide an audience with a clear and concise message,
and enough information to understand and evaluate the difficult or controversial decisions facing the
proposed project. Warrenstreet has extensive experience facilitating public presentations in front of city
councils, municipal boards, school boards, and other associations, each carefully tailored to the audience
it needs to connect with. We work with each client to develop the best “vehicle” for delivery of the
information that needs to be conveyed. We have experience consulting with public relation firms, trade
specific consultants, photographers, and videographers on our client’s behalf in efforts to “sell a project”
or gain the support of a community. Whether constrained by community opposition, site, unique
requirements, or budget restraints, we understand the struggles and pledge to help make them work.
Publicly Funded Projects
Warrenstreet has completed hundreds of projects involving numerous funding sources. We are familiar
working with and have established relationships with local banks, the NH Housing and Finance Authority
(NHHFA), Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), USDA Rural Development, HOME Funds,
the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Low Income and Historical Tax Credits, US Small
Business Administration (SBA), American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), as well as Federal
agencies such as the General Services Administration (GSA), US Veteran Administration, US Forest
Service, US Social Security, US Transportation Agency and others.
Sustainable Design Capabilities (LEED™)
Led by our LEED® Accredited and EDAC Certified professionals, Warrenstreet remains committed to
creating sustainable solutions that set new standards for maximizing a buildings functionality, durability
and longevity while minimizing energy consumption and protecting the health of its occupants.
Warrenstreet has extensive experience incorporating “Green Building Practices” into many of our designs
and stand strong in our commitment to reduce environmental impacts and waste, conserve and protect
our natural resources and reuse and recycle buildings and materials whenever possible. To date
Warrenstreet has provided services for both new construction and renovation projects that involved
design and installation of Geothermal heating and cooling systems, Photovoltaic solar systems, energy
retrofits and the successful certification of many LEED® projects of varying types. Considering a project’s
fiduciary restraints, we work in close collaboration with our clients to educate you of your sustainable
design options and then establish a course of action for incorporation of those most practical. From
analyzing the relationship between the building and landscape, intelligent facades, energy efficiency,
daylighting or carefully researching materials options from earth friendly furniture to equipment
selections, we bridge the gap between analysis and implementation to ensure an outcome that is
environmentally exceptional.
