Quality Control
Quality control starts day one. By utilizing standard design documents that have been developed and
tested through time, we can be both efficient in the management of the project, but most importantly,
effective, and proactive communicators. Our staff Principals review the progress of all ongoing projects
at weekly meetings and when necessary shift or add resources to ensure that we meet all established
deadlines and tend to all applicable details. All projects are assigned a reviewer to double check drawings
before they are issued, and our clients can feel confident in the accessibility and availability of any given
projects assigned Manager, a Principal of the firm or the support of our entire technical team.
Social Responsibility
Warrenstreet continues in our commitment to provide socially
responsible attitudes, practices, and solutions in all aspects of the built
environment. We approach all projects with an attitude that emphasizes
identification of need and creation of solutions that positively impact the
experiences of people first and aesthetics and form second. We strive to
not just “improve upon” conditions of a building or site but to fully
understand and enhance it with alternatives that are sound, just,
accessible, and equitable to our environment. We stand committed to
collaboration with all project stockholders, empowering those with a
limited voice and encouraging communities to help us help them and
create designs that enhance a sense of belonging, conserve resources
and minimize waste.
As an Employee Owned Cooperative our business structure is a
testament to our strong commitment to sustaining and supporting one
another as individuals and as a community. We are proud to be one of
the first nationally recognized design firm cooperatives in the Country and are members of the National
Cooperative Business Association. Our firm was recognized in 2015 by the New Hampshire Businesses
for Social Responsibility with a Cornerstone Award for our continuing efforts to support socially
responsible business practices, community outreach and planning efforts that improve upon the human
experience of the built environment.
