    Chinese Duck,Mango & Watercress Salad

Ingredients:
• 2 duck breasts,skin scored
• 1tsp Chinese five-spice
• 2 tbs tam arisauce
• 1 tsp sesam e oil
• 1tsp honey orbrown sugar
• 2 tsp rice vinegar

Method
Mango,peeled and sliced
• 1⁄2 red onion,finely sliced
• 2 handfuls of w atercress

the breasts so they ae skin-side up and sprinkleoverthespicemix.Now placein the oven for 10 m inutes.Rest for 5 m inutes w hile you m ake the salad
1.Heatthe oven to 200C/fan 180C
2.Place the duck in an ovenproof frying pan,
skin-side dow n,and cook for 8-10 m inutes untilthe skin is crisp and golden and a lot of the fat has rendered out.

Mix the five-spice with 1/2 tsp sea salt,flip .

W hisk the soy,sesam e,sugar and vinegar. .

Toss w ith the m ango and onion then toss w ith the w atercress
5.Slice the duck and add to the salad
