    Chorizo Cod Bake
Ingredients
• 2 onions,chopped
• 4 clovesofgarlic,minced
• 100g chorizo,diced into cubes or slices
• 2 tbsp of sm oked paprika
• 2 x 4 0 0 g tin s o f to m a to e s
• 100mlwater

1.Heat oilin a pan (use one that is deep and has a lid) and cook the onions for 4-5
m inutes,untilsoft
2.Add the garlic and chorizo to the pan and cookonalow heatforanother4-5minutes untiltheoilsstarttoreleasefrom the chorizo

Stir in the sm oked paprika and leave it .

4.Add in the tins of tom atoes and olives and season generously
5.Add in another100mlofwaterand stir 6.Sim m er for approx 20 m inutes
to the specific instructions on the packet 8.Pat the fish dry and nestle into the sauce,
season with saltand pepperand coverwith a lid and sim m er for approx 10 m inutes
