    Breakfast Egg & Avocado Wrap

• Gluten free wrap • W hole egg
• 2 x bacon rashers • 1⁄2 avocado
• 30g baby spinach • Saltand pepper
Method
1.Startby griling the bacon rashers 2.Beatthe egg untilblended
3.Heata non-stick pan overhigh heat,pour
in egg m ixture
4.W hen egg begins to settle begin puling,
lifting and folding eggs (do not
continuously stir)
5.Removeskinfrom avocadoandcut/mashto
your preference
6.Removeeggfrom heatandwrapintoyour
wrap with avocado,bacon and spinach. 7.Toastthe wrap in hotpan orgriland
