Born in Nova Scotia and Raised in PEI, Darcy made
the last Minute decision to get a business degree
from UPEI. Far from the “ ideal” student Darcy
graduated and was exited to get into
entrepreneurship. Owner and founder of Earthform
Corp that has divisions such as Landscaping, pool &
spa and a civil commercial construction division.
Earthform strongly focuses on the development of
leaders in the organization and empowering them to
mold the unique culture in the most positive way.

Janice MacPherson is a serial entrepreneur as well
as the Program Manager with the Wallace McCain
Institute.
In 1995, she co-founded Net Idea
Telecommunications Inc. BC, one of the longest
running independent ISP`s in Canada. For more
than 14 years she was responsible for the overall
operations of Net Idea including market
development, human resource management and
financial cost controls.
In 2008 she co-founded Pomodori; a quick-service
wood fired pizzeria in Rothesay, New Brunswick. A
year after opening, it was ranked 8th best in the
world at the World Pizza Championships in Italy.
With a focus on natural ingredients, Pomodori is
