Shane is second generation at McConchie Trucking
Ltd. He is involved in nearly every aspect of the
business, from hiring and customer service, to
equipment acquisition and maintenance. With two
specialized divisions, and two general freight
divisions, finding the right people and equipment is
imperative.

Shane is also owner and CEO of Esteem
Enterprises. Another trucking company, which he
operated successfully for eight years, before moving
on to spend three years as a crane operator. During
this time, he remained involved in the family
business, and when the time was right, he moved
Shane McConchie back to McConchie Trucking full time.
