Born in Leeds (UK), Adam and partner
Nicola moved to NB after completing an MEng in
Mechatronics. His goal was to study and work
designing prosthetic hands, a dream he achieved as
lead mechanical engineer for the UNB
Hand project. Noticing the rise of cider in Europe
and identifying a lack of the beverage in
the Maritimes, Adam founded Red Rover Craft
Cider in 2012, a craft producer that specialises in
the production of dry and semi-dry English style
ciders, made from 100% NB apples. Red Rover was
named Atlantic Canadian Cidery of the Year in
2015 and has been recognised as some of the
best cider in the world, winning awards including 4
Gold medals at regional, national and international
Adam Clawson cider competitions. He continues his passion for
ELP10Th education, lecturing part-time in Engineering at
President / Founder UNB. As a founding member and current VP, of the
Red Rover Craft Cider NB Craft Alcohol Producer's Association, Adam
Fredericton New Brunswick actively lobbies for modernisation of the sector

I am an artist by heart, business by brain. I grew up
in a small community before moving into downtown
St. John's. I have always had multiple jobs and love
to bring my visions to life – for myself, and for my
clients and networks who need my help. I have been
honored many times with awards and recognition
for my professional and volunteer contributions in
art and business industries. I mentor, coach and
brand manage many inspiring and incredible people
who teach me so much and help me to do better. My
life as a creator and collaborator is a gift – from
morning 'til night. 24/7. 365.
