Aimée is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, advisor,
and advocate. As the owner of Silvermark, she is
advancing the continuum of care through
development projects and evidenced-based
programming that serve older adults and promote
intergenerational connection.
She is dedicated to cultivating both social and
economic impact through her ventures and
collaborations. Aimée sits as the Chair of Ignite
Fredericton and Knowledge Park and maintains
affiliations with several organizations serving the
silver economy.
She is also a passionate advocate for Dyslexia
awareness and is deeply committed to providing
access to strengths-based approaches that empower,
and unlock the full potential of, all children.

Pete Fournier is second generation and President of
the family business, the Triangle Group of
companies. He is responsible for all aspects and
functions of new business development, product
development, facility expansion, and new markets.
Prior to joining The Triangle Group, Pete finished a
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Wood Product
Industrial Processing) from the University of British
Columbia and completed his 3rd year of the
Presidents Program at Harvard Business School.

The Triangle Group is based in Atlantic Canada and
employs approximately 125 people.
