Beth Fairbairn is Vice President and Chief
                                                    Operating Officer at The Learning Bar, a senior
                                                    executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
                                                    administration and efficient business operations of
                                                    the company, including finance, human resources,
                                                    contracting and contributing to the execution of the
                                                    company’s strategic business plan.

                                                    Beth has an Arts degree (English -’93), a Bachelor
                                                    of Business Administration (BBA -’97), and a
                                                    Masters Certificate in Project Management (2009).
                                                    Beth credits her ability to view issues from multiple
                                                    perspectives from her extensive national and
                                                    international business travel experience, working

                                                    Neils is the owner of 506 Industries Inc. he started
                                                    his trade journey at NBCC Saint John and
                                                    immediately after graduation joined the Alberta oil
                                                    field boom. focusing strictly on pipeline
                                                    construction and welding he quickly climbed the
                                                    ladder to be in charge of 10 to 30 man crews
                                                    opening doors for the next step, incorporation and
                                                    contract pipeline welding. Although a very
                                                    successful career “it wasn’t home”.
                                                    While enjoying time off in New Brunswick Neils
                                                    picked up odd fabrication jobs in the fishing and
                                                    aquaculture industry and quickly noticed a need for
                                                    a young ambitious custom metal fabrication shop.
                                                    This lead to turning down the quick and “easy
                                                    money” of Alberta and concentrating on east coast
                                                    work. Within months the first employee was hired
                                                    and construction on a new welding shop had begun.
