Eric knew he was going to be an entrepreneur, and
his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering was a good
entry point into the family business. His role at
TheTankShop as director of engineering enabled
him to implement changes in all processes to
significantly reduce the business operating cost
which resulted in increased profits. He also
implemented ISO 9001 and SR&ED (R&D refund)
programs. Subsequently, he realised he had an
interest in finances.

He finds vital and enjoys getting involved in the
community.

Ryan considers himself a problem solver. As a
nationally certified Medical Radiation Technologist,
Ryan took his understanding of the problems facing
the Canadian health care system and completed a
Masters Degree in Health Informatics in order to be
better equipped to make significant improvements
to the health care system.
As Director of Informatics & Product Development,
Ryan serves as the bridge between the clinical and
IT worlds that make up Densitas Inc., a fledging
medical software company in the diagnostic
imaging sector. This is a challenge he is well suited
for given his previous experience with the Nova
Scotia Breast Screening Program in multiple roles
Ryan Duggan as Data Analyst, Project Co-ordinator, and Program
Manager.
