Krista sees herself as a goal orientated and
Business-savvy professional with experience across
a broad range of management functions and diverse
software. Her ability to combine vision, creativity
and strong business acumen with management and
leadership qualities comes from her background in
Business Administration. Her Concentration in
Management is what has helped her to support
company organizational efforts, software
implementation and aid in the overall company
growth and success for ServiceMaster.
She has been with ServiceMaster for 5 years serving
as their HR / Compliance Manager. Krista has a
Krista Donovan Business Administration Diploma with a
2iC7 concentration in Management. She is also a licensed
HR/Compliance Manager Paralegal and is certified in Water Damage
ServiceMaster Restore of Northern Restoration (WRT) through IICRC.

Jarred is the CEO of Home Fashions Group, a home
design and construction company, specializing in
kitchens, bathrooms and in millwork. He and his
wife live in Fredericton, NB and raise their young
daughter together.
Home Fashions Group was built upon its founding
companies of Kitchen Fashions and DJC Millwork
and Carpentry. During their 44 years in business,
the company has evolved to meet the changing
needs of their clients. They have progressed from a
focus on kitchen cabinetry to include whole home
and bathroom renovations.
Jarred has been a partner for eight years and as a
result of his work, the company has greatly
expanded services provided, their gross revenue has
doubled. They are an industry leader in Universal
