Abby brings over 18 years of management
                                                    experience in a global, diverse environment, leading
                                                    strategic projects and multi-sectoral partnership.
                                                    Before moving to Canada with her family, she was
                                                    the Director of Organizational Learning &
                                                    Knowledge Management in a Telecommunication
                                                    SAAS corporation. Abby worked on the
                                                    establishment of multi off-shore-sites, developing
                                                    common tools, resources, KPIS and policies for a
                                                    diverse workforce, partners and customers from
                                                    around the globe. Starting her new life in Canada,

                                                    Erika de Winter, the owner of de Winter Marketing
                                                    Group, is focused on making brands thrive in
                                                    today’s busy digital environment. Erika is
                                                    experienced in online and offline marketing and
                                                    knows how to leverage digital platforms to help
                                                    businesses reach a broader audience.

                                                    Erika’s background – Erika has a Bachelor of
                                                    Business Administration with a major in Marketing
                                                    from Acadia University. She continues to have a
                                                    dedicated approach to keeping on top of new trends
                                                    and changes happening in the marketing world by
                                                    focusing on completing her Canadian Marketing
                                                    Specialization. Currently, Erika has certifications
