Stephen is the president and founder of Grimross
Brewing Corp., a craft brewery specializing in
Belgian inspired beer and innovative brewing
practices. Starting Grimross with just he and his
wife, Grimross has quickly grown to over 10
people. Building a strong and committed team has
been a cornerstone to their success. The next phase
will include helping to grow the craft beer market in
New Brunswick and expand into export markets.
After Graduating from the University of New
Brunswick, Stephen moved with his wife to British
Columbia to manage Canada's first National
Altitude Training Centre. After the birth of their fist
child he new Atlantic Canada was where he would
call home.
Residing in Fredericton with his wife Dawn, they
Stephen Dixon are the proud parents of Madison and Rhys. He is
ELP9 and has been very active and competitive in a

Doiron Sports Excellence & Doiron Outfitters is in
Marc’s blood. Marc grew up playing sports and
enjoying the outdoors; fishing, playing baseball and
hockey.
His father started the family business in 1972 as a
hunting and fishing store in a small retail space next
door to the family home where Marc grew up.
Mark, now owner and president, has grown the
Doiron’s Sports into a 10,000 square foot store
specializing in sports and fishing.
Marc’s drive to build one of the largest independent
sports stores in the Maritimes comes from the
interaction with his customers; seeing the
excitement on kids’ faces when they hold that new
bat or hockey stick or talking to fisherman about the
Marc Doiron best bait for that elusive late season catch.
