Christine was born and raised in Halifax, Nova
Scotia and began her insurance career in 1995. She
rose through the ranks and as she did, she spent
nights and weekends studying and obtained her
Chartered Insurance Professional Designation in
1998 and her Fellow Chartered Insurance
Professional designation in 2001. In 2004, she
obtained her Certified Risk Management
designation as well as, completed the Human
Resources Certificate program at St. Mary’s
University.
In 2006, the company she was working for sold and
together with her partner started OTC Insurance
Brokers from scratch. Fast forward to today and
Christine is now the sole owner.
OTC Insurance Brokers is a commercial driven
Christine Gaudreau brokerage with 14 employees. OTC offers
WMI exceptional service and advice to their clients with
that old fashioned personal feel. Protecting assets
OTC Insurance Brokers Inc. and enabling continuity after a disaster is what we

Anne has been with Kent & White Insurance since
1985. A very dedicated, consciences employee who
started by computerizing the business, then moved
onto taking over the accounting for the brokerage
while also becoming a broker herself. She was then
promoted to Office Manager, a position that takes
on all of her previous responsibilities and
experience in addition to overseeing the day to day
workflow of the brokerage.
Since becoming a volunteer with Bathurst/Chaleur
Special Olympics in 2003 Anne has enjoyed being
assistant coach in bowling, track and field, and
Anne Gauthier snowshoeing.
