Simon is a startup founder, inventor, and expert in
development of large-scale software systems for
enterprise using cloud, web and mobile
technologies. In 2018 he founded CTO Consulting
to help companies bridge the gap between
technology and business. Previously he was founder
of Agroa Mobile, a company based on the results of
his Ph.D. research work, where he invented a new
visual programming language to simplify the
development of mobile apps. Having 30 years
experience he brings innovation to solve complex
issues now faced by enterprise.

Charles Gervais has been the President and
co-owner of Missing Link Technologies (MLT)
since 2012. Charles originally started with the
company in 2003 as a technologist and was
promoted to General Manager in 2007.

Innovation being one of our core values, along with
significant investment in R&D, MLT is the first
Atlantic company to secure an ITEA3 international
project under the EUREKA label.

Charles was recipient of the Business Leadership
award from NBCC. Also in 2017, he started as a
mentor with NBCC’s OASIS Program in October
2017 and continues to be a valuable member of our
program today.
