I make it happen. By building framework to help
bring ideas to impact, I support startups,
community, youth, and industry to innovate. This is
a wholistic approach to making change possible,
which is an especially important tack to take in
Atlantic Canadian communities. Some call it “place
based innovation”, I call it my life.

And that’s something that I feel is unique to my
mindset. I have a deep desire to see change happen,
and I believe in the work I do to my core. There is
nothing more deeply set into my being than
knowing I gave everything to make this a better
Sebastian Green world.

After graduation in 2006, Ghislain joined Marathon
as an Application Engineer, focusing his efforts on
business development, engineering and sales of
engineered equipment. Through these activities,
Ghislain acquired significant experience in specific
market development and customized engineered
equipment sales.
As a Professional Mechanical Engineer, Ghislain
joined Sparta Innovations’ sales team as a technical
sales representative for North America in 2012.
