Scott Harrigan is originally from Dalhousie, NB. He
graduated from the Royal Military College in 1992
and became an Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy.
His career includes tours in Afghanistan, Haiti, the
Persian Gulf and over 1300 days at sea on various
ships. A recurring hip issue and surgery ended his
military career in 2018 after 26 years.
In 2012, Scott attended the Prince’s Operation
Entrepreneur, a program for military entrepreneurs
funded by Prince Charles Charities. The week long
“business boot camp” was life changing. It was
during this time that Scott acquired the Canadian
rights to Glorope, as Glorope Canada. In 2016, he
purchased the entire business off of the US owner.

ELP11F Dark products. Advances in glow pigment allow for

Marine and outdoor stores with Glorope products.

Chantal Harris is the youngest A&W Franchisee in
Canada; with one location in Oromocto, NB
operating since January 2018 and a second location
in Fredericton, NB. As the owner of Exmoor Plus,
Chantal currently employees roughly 80 people.

With a background and passion for teaching,
Chantal coaches newly graduated millennials the
business operations and people management skills
required to run a multi-million dollar restaurant. Her
vision for the business is to develop a thriving
management team, one that is known for training
top tier employees.

Chantal also ensures that focus is placed on giving
back, whether it is constantly striving to give new
Chantal Harris opportunities to employees, or finding new ways to
EChO4 support her community.
