Caitlin Wagner
Caitlin serves as the Senior Director of the East, managing Tier I Global Corporate Partners
and leading the Account Management teams in the Northeast and Southeast regions.
She brings a wealth of nonprofit knowledge from her 14-year career in fundraising
in Washington, DC and Philadelphia. She is passionate about building longstanding
charitable relationships and connecting mission-driven organizations with socially
responsible companies. In her most recent role at a sibling charity, ALSAC/St. Jude,
Caitlin served as the Area Sales Lead – creating mutually beneficial partnerships
with corporations across the Mid-Atlantic. She has a reputation among peers as a
high-performing collaborator and has been recognized externally as a reliable and
knowledgeable partner. Caitlin was raised in Lewisburg, PA, received her Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University
and currently lives with her partner Matthew, son Maxwell (7) and daughter Charlotte (5) in Downingtown, PA.
Maureen Grant Hayes
joined United Way Worldwide in June 2015 as the Vice-President, Major Donor
Relations. Maureen is responsible for increasing network capacity to manage and grow
donor relationships with special emphasis on Major and Transformational Donors.
This includes development of major giving programs and growth initiatives that can be
implemented locally and scaled globally, as well as guiding the volunteer-/donor-based
UWW Leadership Council to expand major giving worldwide.
Maureen is also the Project Lead on UWW’s Revenue Diversification Strategy, leading a
cross-functional team to develop and build alternative revenue streams to accelerate revenue
to UWW and the global network, including overseeing the six pilots launching in Spring 2024. Prior
to joining UWW, Maureen Grant Hayes was a member of the United Way of Calgary and Area’s executive team and was
known for having important and trusted relationships with some of Calgary’s highest profile business leaders/United Way
donors and volunteers. Beginning in 2012, Maureen managed United Way’s $15 million Principal Gifts program and carried
a portfolio of 45 high-end donors who were being cultivated for transformational gifts beyond the annual campaign. This
includes working cross-functionally within United Way to develop customized investment opportunities for donors and
managing the stewardship process for Principal Gift donors.
