SPEAKERS - Day 1 Mike Holva, PE
Michael is Project Manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s District 6-0, working on the design phase of various roadway and bridge reconstruction projects in the southeastern Pennsylvania region.
Paul Linahan, PE
Paul is a Highway Engineer and Project Manager with
Gannett Fleming for almost 32 years. He was also Project
Manager for Gannett Fleming’s portions of the US 202
Section 400 reconstruction and widening project including
the I-76/US 202 interchange in King of Prussia; for the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 6-0’s
first roundabout project for PA 52 in Pocopson Township,
Chester County, PA; and for Gannett Fleming’s work on the US
422 Schuylkill River bridge project. Presently he is Project Manager for I-95 Section AFC in Philadelphia.
Stephen Ryan, PE
Steve joined JBC Associates as a Senior Associate in
2019. Prior to that, Steve spent more than 33 years with
the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and was involved in the design, construction, and delivery of complex engineering projects. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 1985, and his M.S.
in Civil Engineering from Villanova University 1989. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania along with six other states.
Mike Wetzel, PE
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. He has 36 years of experience in his field, and 32 years with Urban Engineers, Inc.
