SPEAKERS - Day 2 Paul McNamee, PE
Paul is a Civil Engineering graduate of The Ohio State University with 40-plus years of public sector and consulting engineering experience in a wide variety of infrastructure markets. He is currently Client Services Manager for KCI Technologies, Inc. He serves as ACEC/PA Central Chapter President and Board Member, Board Member of the Harrisburg Section of ASHE, and President of the Northeast Region of ASHE.
Clayton VanVerth, PE, CBSI
Clayton is a Senior Engineer and Project Manager with Gibson-Thomas Engineering Co., Inc. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in Mathematics from St. Vincent College. He is a licensed engineer in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio and Delaware, and has over 20 years of project management and design experience. He currently serves as the Chair of ACEC/ PA’s Municipal Services Committee and is on the Southwest Penn ASHE Board of Directors.
Emily Feenstra
Emily is the Managing Director of Government Relations
and Infrastructure Initiatives at the American Society of
Civil Engineers (ASCE). In that role she leads the division
responsible for government affairs, media relations and
infrastructure policy for the Society, including ASCE’s
Infrastructure Report Card and the Failure to Act economic
study series. Previously she served as Deputy Director of
the US Water Alliance, where she managed the Washington,
D.C., office and oversaw a diverse portfolio of projects and led partnerships to advance water management in America. Emily has also held senior positions
at the Intelligent Transportation Society of America and as a consultant for the Washington State Department of Transportation. She serves on the Eno Center for Transportation Board of Advisors, and holds a bachelor’s degree from
Duke University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
