Kristi Weierbach, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Kristi focuses her extensive expertise on helping clients design a workforce that is not only prepared for the future, but one that leverages disruption to thrive and succeed. Donna Newell, PE, CFM
Donna is President and Co-founder of NTM Engineering, Inc., a women-owned business that specializes in water resources, structural engineering, and course development and instruction. Donna earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and holds a Professional Engineering
license and is a Certified Floodplain Manager. She has 25
years of experience performing hydrologic and hydraulic
modeling, bridge scour analysis, waterway permitting, and
floodplain studies. Donna also served on the Industrial and Professional Advisory Committee for the Penn State Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering from 2012-2021 and was Chair of the Committee from 2016-2018. Donna is a member of numerous technical organizations including ASHE, WTS, PAFPM, ASFPM, ACEC, ASCE and MAFSM.
