SPEAKERS - Day 3 Lynn Resta
Lynn is a Marketing Manager with more than 25 years of
business development and marketing experience in the
A/E/C industry, including proposal development, event
management, graphic design, and marketing strategy
and operations. She currently manages a high-performing
team of marketing professionals dedicated to supporting
JMT’s diversification and growth throughout Pennsylvania
and Ohio. Her team’s primary focus is on the development of
successful A/E/C proposals and marketing collateral, as well as leading or assisting marketing campaigns, client and market research, maintenance of JMT’s CRM system, strategic planning, communications, conference and trade show coordination, and other marketing items. Lynn is an active member in numerous professional associations, including ACEC/PA, ACEC/OH, WTS – Pittsburgh Chapter, and SMPS – Pittsburgh Chapter.
Ann Mark
Ann has served in a business development role with
McMahon Associates for over 13 years from their Camp
Hill office. Currently serving as the Public Sector Business
Development Lead, Ann has a hand in all public sector
pursuits for the Mid-Atlantic Region from new project
tracking to strategic teaming and proposal development.
She collaborates with senior management to expand
partnering relationships locally and regionally and serves as a
liaison for fostering new and current client relationships. Ann received her bachelor’s degree from Messiah College in 2000, and has been working in the transportation engineering industry for more than 15 years. An active member of ACEC/PA, she enjoys volunteering on the Marketing, Diamond Awards, and Scholarship/Golf Committees. Ann is currently serving as the immediate past president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and is passionate about the value and the unique perspective that marketing and business development professionals bring to engineering firms.
