Tulsi Pesto
A A A A QUICK MEAL ON A A A A BUSY DAY
Ingredients:
• • 3 cups fresh tulsi
leaf
• • • 1 cup Italian basil leaf
• • • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil • • • 1/3 cup pine nuts
• • 2 garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano
• • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• • Squeeze of lemon
Instructions: Begin by adding pine nuts
into food processor until finely ground Add tulsi
basil garlic and cheese until until combined Slowly add olive oil until until desired consistency
is achieved Add salt
