Tulsi Cashew Dip
A PICNIC STAPLE
Ingredients:
• 3 cups fresh tulsi leaf
• 1 cup Italian basil leaf
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil • 1/3 cup cashews
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• Squeeze of lemon
Instructions: Begin by adding cashews into food processor until finely ground. Add tulsi, basil, garlic until combined. Slowly add olive oil until desired consistency is achieved. Add salt to taste and a squeeze of lemon.
Notes: Again feel free to play around with this recipe. You can add cilantro and more garlic. You can make it more or less nutty. You can add a dash of water or cream to make it more creamy still.
