HOW TO USE
Objective
to use word Slats to form Sentences:
How
Slats are specially designed, shaped to align and fit neatly with other
Slats, with the arrow end showing the natural direction and ordering of
the sentence(s) formed.
With the objective to use the word slats to form sentences, the word slats
are spread out in a random way; all slats face down with the back side
carrying the label of the Slat category faced up.
Ø Since the Slats are made up of all parts of speech and other
components of speech, participants are to take turns to pick word
Slats with the intention to use the word Slats to build a multiple
of correct sentences.
Ø Each round of exercise/game may last for about 10 – 25 minutes;
less or more, as dictated by the intensity and desired objective.
Ø The face of each word Slats bear a numeric value indicating the
difficulty or lack of it in the use of that word in a sentence.
HyperSlats are Slats with diverse capacity; these Slats enable
imaginative/creative players to stretch possibilities or anticipate avenues
to double the scores in a game situation.
