Raynes Park Vale FC have new floodlights for the
first time in 42 years. Each of the 6 floodlight THE GROUND
pylons has 2 LED panels & each panel has 6 seg-

ments of 256 LEDs. So that’s 1,536 LEDs in each
panel or 3,072 LEDs per floodlight pylon x 6 Py-
lons that’s 18,432 light emitting diodes in total.
The first match under the lights will be on the
22nd of March versus Colliers Wood United. The future looks bright!
SIGN OF THE TIMES

There's a nice new sign up by the Grand
Drive entrance gates, ably put up by Gen-
eral Manager Marc Skinner after getting
attacked by a few brambles and thorns.
Ouch!
The colourful sign replaces the old one
that fell into disrepair and will remind all
passers-by of the location of the football
ground and away supporters and teams
will be left in no doubt where the match
will be taking place.
