Dumpsters

Anne Lopez suggested that early in March would be a good time to have the trash
dumpsters put out. Donna Lyman of Cornerstone Communities reported the dates of the
dumpsters from 2019 and the dates for 2020’s Brushy and Bulky city pickups. The spring date is
set for April fifth. It was suggested to set the community dumpsters for March 12, 2020 so
there will be two opportunities for the homeowners to clean up their lots. After these cleanup
schedules the street sweep should be planned. It will be in the second or third week of April.
Since the dumpsters are provided at no cost from the city, it was asked to try and get a third
dumpster for this year.

Homeowners Forum

• An owner discussed that there was a particular lot where the owner has been blowing
his lawn debris into the street and now it appears others were doing the same.
• There was a mention that some owners were parking further into the dividers and even
onto the sidewalks in some cases. Management suggested sending photos by email
so that notices may be sent.
• Management will report both items in the next newsletter.
• There was general discussion of the Houghton road work and problems that are being
encountered such as blowouts in the potholes and lack of visibility due to equipment.
