• Delinquency. Members reviewed log of delinquent owners. A
question about lot one not cleaning up landscape debris. Another
lot has a “dead” tree that was just planted. Inspect both items on
next compliance run.
• The board decided to have dumpsters placed on the property
after the September 30 “brushy and bulky” pick up by the city.

After the dumpsters are picked up, then schedule the street
sweeping. Remind owner of street sweeping to do a better job.
