Hello SJGS Families!

Hooray! It’s almost spring! Little bits of green are popping up all over my
lawn, so I know it can’t be far away. Soon, everything will be lush and green again
with sunny days and warmer temperatures. I expect to see all sorts of new growth,
including my own children whose legs have suddenly sprouted over the winter. If
this happened to you, please come to our school Used Uniform Sale, happening
Saturday, March 20th, from 9 a.m. to noon. We will have a variety of gently used
girls and boys winter, spring, and Gym uniforms in sizes ranging from Pre-K to 8th
grade. We will also be accepting donations of used uniforms your children have
outgrown, so please consider bringing them with you! We will allow a limited
number of shoppers into the cafeteria after temperature checks at the door. If you would like to volunteer during the
sale, please email the pta@stjoeschooltr.org for more information.

Flowers are also beginning to bloom – Hopefully from seeds purchased through our Seed Sale! From fruits to
flowers, we are offering a diverse selection of seeds in our fundraiser, running the entire month of March. Catalogs
were sent home in your child’s folder, but if you missed it, please check out our social media for more information or
visit the online catalog http://stjoeschooltr.fpfundraising.com to place your order and have seeds shipped directly to
your home.

The SJGS PTA is partnering with OB-CO’s Donuts for an Easter weekend treat! Pre-Order your 1 or 2 dozen
donuts for $15 per dozen. First Come, First Serve boxes will contain a mix of either Sugar Raised, Chocolate Frosted,
and Vanilla Frosted, OR Chocolate Frosted and Vanilla Frosted. Donut pick up is Saturday, April 3rd, from 8 a.m. to 11
a.m. and will take place in the SJGS school parking lot, near the gym. Pre-Orders are due Monday, March 29th.

Our Box Tops for Education campaign is going strong. Remember to check the app for bonus Box Tops entries
available on certain products. Pillsbury, Yoplait, and Larabar are just some of the products earning extra Box Tops this
month – Lucky Charms purchases earn a bonus 17 Box Tops! When scanning, remember to type your teacher’s name in
the “credit” section; the credit button becomes visible after at least one photo has been taken of your receipt.
Remember that March 22nd is an SJGS Spirit Wear day! If you or your child needs new spirit wear, please visit
our online store, through Farro’s Tees: https://stores.inksoft.com/st_joseph_pta/shop/home Items can be shipped
straight to your home or picked up for free from Farro’s Tees on Fischer Blvd.
