VISION FOR THE DIVISION
 Vision for the Division
Whilst I understand that this will be tested more fully at a later stage of the process, I believe that I can build on the excellent structures, models and processes put in place by our current Divisional Grand Master and leverage off this, and the Strategic Plan to drive membership and community engagement within the Central Division. Among my priorities if selected would be:
The creation of a winning team environment and clear objectives for the development of District Grand Masters.
Improve the visibility of Freemasonry within the Division and across the community.
Encourage charitable projects at Lodge, District and Divisional levels and raise those project profiles internally and externally.
Develop the “Champions” program across the Division.
Encourage District GM’s to help their Lodges drive recruitment and retention.
Drive a culture improvement program to enhance the experience of those joining, and within the Craft, and reduce negative Masonic behaviour.
First Impressions? Do you trust them? What if ... there was no first impression? I didn’t have a first impression of Mick Turner. How is that possible?
Simple. He doesn’t give you one.
Yet ... somehow that’s ... a good thing. A thing of value.
The first time I heard him speak ... he spoke not of himself ... but of the cause ... the cause to help ... the charity ... the need.
Some speak of their part in the cause. Not Mick. He speaks solely of
AND FOR the cause. That is Mick Turner.
