I am an accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance, strategic oversight, and building high-performing teams. My ability to drive success in complex environments, both professionally and in extracurricular settings, demonstrates my capability to support the Grand Master in leading Freemasons NZ. I am discrete and politically aware with an ability to read the room.
As a professionally qualified and certified project and programme practitioner, I have successfully led major national and international programmes and projects, including:
• The introduction of Taser into UK policing, ensuring effective deployment, governance, and risk management. This demonstrated my skills in commercial negotiation, with 43 federated policing bodies all with their own culture, process and procedures, whilst developing the centralised ACPO policy for those deploying the Taser and the process of mitigating the risk to those organisations through consistent training and deployment protocols.
