Business Background
I am the Director and CEO of Cratos Limited and the Managing Director of Criterion Solutions NZ, both companies focus
on emerging and cutting-edge military and public safety technology. These products include drones, robots and integrated radar and camera solutions.
Prior to moving to New Zealand, I was a career police officer
in the Metropolitan Police in London, spending the majority
of my service in the Firearms Department and latterly in the Road Policing Department. I rose to the rank of Detective Chief Inspector and ran London’s Collision Investigation Unit across five sites and was in charge of around 150 staff.
Having worked in a hierarchical professional environment for 30 years I fully understand the requirement of being aligned with the organisation’s goals and strategies.
