Personal statement
I am a driven and motivated individual who is committed to making a positive difference in everything I undertake. I am proud of the number of successful outcomes that I have been able to achieve in both the Charity space and in dealing with difficult issues, robustly but fairly.
I believe that our values are as relevant and appealing as they always have been. Put simply, there is far more noise in the modern world that is drowning out our message. We need to raise our volume so that we are heard and utilise all the tools available to us particularly our charity to drive new membership.
I can be tenacious but consistently deliver on what I have promised to do. I am a proven leader, with a well established history of building and managing winning teams. I believe that, as an organisation, we need to be “kicking to win” rather than “kicking for touch”, we should therefore be fielding our A team and appointing the best candidates available.
I believe I am that candidate and that I have much to contribute to the role of Divisional Grand Master.
