Masonic Career and Achievements
INITIATION
I was initiated into Mill Hill Lodge No.3574 (meets Great Queen Street, London) on 15th February 2005, passed on 15th November that year and raised on 21st February 2006.
I was a member of the Mill Hill Lodge Centenary Committee and was responsible for researching parts of Mill Hill Lodge’s history and was involved in the planning of the centenary celebrations for the Lodge.
JOINING EMPIRE FERGUSSON
On moving to New Zealand, I joined Empire Fergusson Lodge No 225 where I progressed through the roles and was installed in the Chair of King Solomon in 2013. I completed two years as the Master of Empire Fergusson taking the IPM role in 2015.
I am also a member of the Wellington Masonic Youth Trust and have been involved directly with several Trust awards to deserving young people.
I have been involved in running the Kapiti Wellington Freemasons Facebook page which has proved extremely popular with the brethren across the District.
GRAND STEWARD
In 2016, I was appointed as a Grand Steward and worked closely with VW Bro Merv Johnston Dist GM, writing the District
Plan and setting up the various work streams and projects
that he was planning to support during his term of office. Unfortunately, Merv ascended to the Grand Lodge above during his term.
